How are you guys doing on your AI Projects?
I just started today at 5:16PM. I know what I want to do though and it's actually gonna be pretty fun because its gonna revolve around the two games that I play the most, Guild Wars and Battlefield 2.

I have been doing some reading on it but i haven't typed a word yet. But I know what I'm up to so it should be ok. What kind of AI do GW and BF2 have? i can imagine in BF2 if you play single player they have some AI but in GW I can only think of the NPC's.

BTW I just had a very weird glitch with the word verification system. I kept seeing one word and when i entered it, it wouldn't work. Just as i was gonna comment anonymously, I thought of saving the "word picture" file. When i opened the saved file it showed a completely different word; one that worked. I'm guessing Firefox was using a cached image. Anyone else have this prob before?
Yes i was having the same issue, damn image was "smentia" and it kept on saying no ...
As for the paper, i have 5 pages down and things are going good so far. How many pages are you'll shooting for ? and Long did you get any replies from the ppl you emailed ?
by the way, when i cleared my cache the problem seemed to go away
GW has monster AI and henchmen AI. Henchmen are like robot players that accompany you. I did a bit of research and found some neat stuff. I'm actually kind of excited about what I'm doing. Probably won't start writing it till tomorrow because I have a major headache right now. I did however, find all the resources I'm gonna need to write about it.
